Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital software/products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Health and personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Clearance or discounted (sale) items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with clear signs of use
- Items returned with missing parts or damage not caused by our error
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank for confirmation

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
- If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
